Job Title & Purpose
As a Support Specialist at FusionPrep, you will be the first line of contact for our valued customers, ensuring they receive seamless support and training. From troubleshooting to equipment setup and inventory management, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and fostering long-term, happy relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Provide responsive customer support via phone and email for tablets, FusionPrep applications, and label printers.
Pre-configure and ship tablets and label printers for smooth client rollouts.
Manage onboarding processes for new clients, including equipment setup and training.
Deliver clear and effective customer training to maximize platform usage.
Oversee and maintain accurate equipment and supply inventory records.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong customer service experience with excellent communication skills.
Hands-on experience with Apple iPad, Android tablets, and Mac/Windows operating systems.
Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications (Not Required but a Plus)
Understanding of TCP/IP network communication.
Experience with remote support software and ticketing systems.

Schedule
Core Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM.
Weekend Monitoring: Up to one hour on Saturdays and Sundays to address urgent support tickets that cannot wait until the next business day.
Compensation
This position offers an hourly pay rate of $18–$22/hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
