Helping you get through COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

To our friends and FusionPrep customers:

When we started FusionPrep over 8 years ago we were huddled in a small kitchen and set out to build a platform that would change the way restaurants communicate information, standards, and collect operational feedback. We have been incredibly lucky and we’re thankful to work with some of the best operators in the world to bring technology into the back of house and into their operations.

Over the last few weeks we’ve watched alongside you as the world responds to COVID-19 and we understand the tremendous impact it’s having on you, your staff, and your customers. We stand beside you as your partner, ready to assist with anything you may need around improving your consistency, check lists, line checks, temp logs and food safety labeling during these unprecedented times.

During this time we’ve suspended all outbound sales efforts so we can dedicate our entire team to supporting our customers. We're also issuing all of our customers a credit totaling one month of FusionPrep licensing for all of their devices. FusionPrep service will not be interrupted during this time and all of our customers can choose to apply their credit however they deem appropriate. As you can imagine, we're responding to this rapidly developing situation in real-time, and it may take a week or two to finish issuing all of the appropriate credits. Our teams are working around the clock to complete these credits and you can rest assured that each and every customer will receive theirs in a timely fashion.

We're as anxious as all of you are for this industry we love so much to get back to business as usual and we're hopeful we can lead the way and pave the path for other hospitality vendors to take bold action and follow suit in support of our shared success.

Please let us know if our team can assist you in any way. We’re incredibly thankful for your partnership and support over the years. We will get through this, together

Chon, Shawn, and the entire FusionPrep team
